Description: Small cube sized sponges to fit small cavities, effectively stops all kinds of oozing blood, highly absorbent, non-toxic, non-allergic, biocompatible, biodegradable and absorbed/ degraded completely within 4–6 weeks via the action of various enzymes. Haemosponge has having neutral pH and it can be soaked with thrombin for quick haemostasis, with antibiotic for local antiseptic effect without any chemical interaction, sterilized by gamma IR radiation to destroy any microorganisms without negatively affecting the physical properties of product.
